I came with a friend this past Friday night around 10, and there were only 2 other people there, so we got to take our time and your the Corbin house. This was our first time and I was super impressed. Ma Corbin was pretty dang funny, and as soon as you walk in the house you know it's gonna be good. The details are phenomenal. It looks like a house, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, the works. One you would expect a murderous freak show family to live in. Granny's in the living room, the kitchen was delightful, the cage dancer was adorably creepy, and the girl in the operating room that asked for my eyeballs could quite possibly be my soulmate, we should go for coffee. The chick singing in the graveyard was so good I thought it was coming from a speaker until I walked outside. And I knew what was coming at the end and it still made me run. The sights, sounds, and smells were top notch and the actors were fantastic, and to my knowledge they don't even get paid, they just do it cause they're freaks. I'll definitely be back!
I went on my birthday this year- In the manner of moments, every actor in the house knew my name. They went above and beyond to make it special.
I hope they continue to expand.
My fiance and I came to the haunt tonight and we had a great time. Compared to other haunted houses I've been to, this was very tame. I would not say that it's as scary and difficult to go through as many other haunts. But I did really appreciate it's modesty, the attention to detail in each room, and the overall feeling of the place. It seemed to include several different themes from room to room and everything was set up very nicely. Easy to maneuver through and wasn't too over the top. The actors seemed to really embrace their charaters and the atmosphere even outside was creepy and enticing. We waited in line for about 45 minutes and it only took about 10-15 minutes to go through the haunt. I wish it had lasted longer but that was really the only downside. It was festive, fun, and very charming. I would not suggest this for hardcore haunt enthusiasts looking to be scared out of their minds. But I do suggest it for a fun night out if you're looking to do something festive for Halloween! We enjoyed it and appreciated how humble it was :) it seems that the owners have put in a lot of work to make it enjoyable for everyone without making it too intense and over the top. It felt like going through scenes of classic horror movies with varying themes.
It was a bit of a wait. But the people set it up amazing. There was a lot to look at. And most of the staff played their roles well. There was a couple rooms that you could tell they were not expecting us to walk in because they were in the middle of conversation with each other. There also was a bit of confusion if we were suppose to stand and listen to their story or if we were suppose to keep walking. So there were awkward moments. Was not scary. But it was fun in the spirit of Halloween. I would go again.
One of the best haunted houses I have been too, certainly the best in the area, even over Brandon's Haunted Scream Park. The backstory and attention is detail is phenomenal. It has improved immensely since last year. There are many actors. As an avid haunted house goer, they have special effects and scares I have not seen anywhere else.
You will not be disappointed with this attraction!
So well done! Focused on all senses, not just your sight, the Haunted Hills attraction is top notch! Attention to detail is phenomenal! From the moment you enter, the site and smells automatically put you in state of unease. Probably the best haunted attraction I've visited. The actors are amazing and (almost) never break character. Well done. Will be back, with friends!
