This was a horrific experience .....End of story...do AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN.
Exspensive and not taken care of at all. Needs many repairs
Rooms were very clean, but dated. Walls were fairly thin. Could hear other guests throughout our stay
If I could give it a half star I would. When it says Bransons best kept secret the secret is they are a joke. The hotel is out dated no microwave, mini fridge, ect. There were stains on our bedspread the carpet was in bad shape the walls were painted orange and yellow it was just a bad experience. Don't trust the address if you run your GPS we used what they gave us and it took us to a cow pasture an hour away from Branson which was over the river and through the woods to a strangers house to give you right directions. They do not have a complimentary breakfast like their ad says they is no ice machine or amenities you have to rely on local restaurants for food and coffee because they don't have coffee either. They have some shady people that live in different rooms that are up at all hours. They staff needs to learn people skills. All in all not a good place to stay.
I stayed here for almost a month. I had reserved my room a week before I arrived, gave them my debit info and everything. When I arrived, they had nothing. I had called and reserved a single, they put me in a double, and still charged me the difference in price. They first tried putting in a room where the heater didnt work, I asked to be moved. They did. The bussiness owner absolutely refused to make any deal with me on the rate, as they were charging me a daily rate, even though he put me in the wrong room type and id been there nearing a month. Wifi works only half the time at half the speed. The infrastructure needs to to completely revamped, the upper floor walking balconies are lirerally plywood and a hand rail, I dont know how thats even legal, luckily I was on tue first floor. TVs are outdated. Tubes. I had no mini fridge or microwave for the first week (even though I asked if all rooms had those ammenities at reservation time to which they responded with "yes all rooms". ) unless desperate, dont stay here. The staff knows theyre doing a terrible job (family ran), they have the ability to reach out to all (negative)reviewers and make things right by them. But they dont, and probably wont.
